FOUND! First Golf Ball of 2014!
Just did a short walk around the course to think about the upcoming improvements to the course this season. I see that the outhouse & my shed will need to be repainted. Also, I noticed that some brush that was cut down last fall will need to be removed from the course.
Toni-Lee & I discussed ideas for the flower gardens, and decided that we will chat with Dorothy about flowers that grow best in this area.
It was very cool as I spotted a weasel on the course! I have not seen a weasel in this area in over 30 years! Most people at Easter like to collect easter eggs, I was out filling my basket with several golf balls that were lost by many of you that have visited the course.
At home right now, I am busy getting the greens mowers ready for another season. I'm also putting together golf sets for people who come to the course without clubs.
I will be very excited to see the last of the snow go & everything dry out around the course so we can get busy golfing.
